Mahindra Bolero 2025 Facelift Car Launched With Great Looks, Know The Features

Being symbolic of ruggedness and reliability, the 2025  Bolero has undergone an outright facelifting. The facelifted Bolero and Neo variant were launched by Mahindra during the Independence Day show of 2025 on 15th August. This facelift provided vehicles with a semi-modern look against their old visage of ruggedness. This article aims at discussing the major design and feature upgrades that make this vehicle highly desirable-if, at least, in a village scenario, and for a small city as well.

Designing The Mahindra Bolero For 2025

The bold new look for the 2025 Mahindra Bolero continues to keep the boxy utilitarian silhouette. The front grille features a vertical slit, with round circular LED lights based on that of the Thar Roxx, giving the ugly face of the past a modern present-day look. Yellow amber LED fog lamps, a slightly more upright nose, and a reincarnated bumper contribute to handsome muscularity; some purists would say the side treatment pays homage to a baby Land Rover Defender.

Square wheel arches, flush door handles, and new 16-inch or 18-inch alloy wheels should proudly make its premium claim. The rear side-hinged tailgate with a tailgate-mounted spare wheel remains intact, while vertical LED tail lamps and a deep shoulder line also stay. Paint options have gained a few new hues in the way of Forest Green, Desert Sand, and Thunder Black.

Mahindra Bolero 2025 Safety Features

The 2025 Bolero is, in fact, ingrained with safety modifications. Having six airbags as standard is perhaps the first sizeable step up from whatever the previous models offered; it also has ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, and high-speed alert to comply with Bharat NCAP guidelines. At the upper trims, a Level 2 ADAS suite comes with adaptive cruise control, lane-assist, and blind-spot monitoring, all basically borrowed from Mahindra’s somewhat feature-rich line-up such as the XUV700. So, these features enable the Bolero to be safely driven across city roads and highways, thus catering to the broad mass.

Mahindra Bolero 2025: Powertrain and Performance

The 2025 Bolero is configured to accept weather-box diesel powertrains. According to specifications, the ordinary box shall have a 1.5L mHawk diesel engine with outputs anywhere between 75 and 100 bhp and somewhere between 210 and 260 Nm of torque; it comes mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.

Towards the higher ends, for the fancier ones, there shall be more potty diesel power in the guise of either the 2.0L or 2.2L mHawk diesel with a 6-speed manual/automatic tranny and a mild-hybrid technology working toward fuel economy. Mahindra declared the mileage at 16-18 kmpl ARAI rating, and in real-time on-road mileage should be considered around 14-17 kmpl. What really gives it travel on terrains is that it has the rugged ladder-frame chassis from which the RWD system is built, able to withstand effects of natural terrains.

Prices for 2025 Mahindra Bolero

Starting at INR 9.75 lakh, Ex-Showroom, the Mahindra Commodore could automatically stretch above INR 12-14 lakh for tops. Placed in this price segment, it has stood since against Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and Kia Carens for competition. Being versatile in form, it is placed underneath the New Flexible Architecture (NFA) platform that screams rugged.
