Two-tone colours and graphics were added to the Splendor+, along with fine details such as blacked alloy wheels, a sharper fuel tank design, and clearer lens indicators, thus keeping with its classic silhouette. They look modern with subtlety, yet don’t bind the classical appeal.
Hero Splendor Plus Bike Engine
The motorcycle was carrying its age-old 97.2cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine now with OBD-II B compliance. With 7.91 bhp and 8.05 nm of power and torque, respectively, this motorcycle retained its original qualities of durability and pleasure to drive through that engaging and smooth 4-speed gearbox.

With the XTEC and XTEC 2.0 trims, some upgrades made are rather modern for what is essentially a barebones commuter platform:
- LED DRL and LED headlamps-top trim only;
- Semi-digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth alert, mileage details in real-time, and service reminder;
- USB charger, side-stand cut-off, and i3S technology;
- CBS across all variants, with conventional consoles and halogen lamps persisting on the lower trims to keep costs down.
Price Of Here Splendor Plus Bike
For being equated to having a price increase of almost Rs 1,750, the base variant now retails for Rs 78,926, with the top-spec XTEC Disc being sold for Rs 86,051. The 2025 Splendor+ has been launched by Hero MotoCorp OBD-2B emission level fully complying with the latest BS6 Phase 2 emission norms effective from April 1, 2025.
